Grilled Buffalo chicken and blue cheese pizza!
Ok so yum?Maybe? Buffalo chicken-good. Blue cheese-amazing! together in a pizza??? I dont know! I guess if you are a big buffalo wing fan and love pizza how could you not like this. I'm gonna try it out tonight. Theres no way my wing and pizza-loving husband could resist. It sounds weird but hey, I like trying new things.
Got this recipe from one of my newest favorite websites
Its a follow-up site for newlyweds to www.theknot.com which I lived on when I was planning my wedding.
anyways, here is the recipe:
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced leftover chicken
1/4 cup Original Frank’s Hot Sauce or your favorite brand
1 pre-made pizza crust (boboli)
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons thinly slice fresh chives or scallion greens
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
In a medium-size bowl, toss the chicken with the hot sauce.
Brush the pizza crust with the olive oil, then top it with the chicken, blue cheese, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkling of chives or scallions.
I'll let you know how it turns out :)

Headache
I dont know what the requirements are to work here, but if you can breathe and mutter words with no meaning or expression, you are in. If you have no ambition in life, you are in. If you hate everyone around you for no reason and wish for patients to die because its easier than having to actually treat them, guess what, you are in the club!
If I am dying, please dont send me here. If I'm not dying, still, please dont send me here...they might kill me!

Carnitas
2lbs pork-I used pork shoulder and cut the meat into cubes, also cutting off a lot of the fat.
1 onion,chopped
5 or 6 cloves garlic, slightly smashed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 boullion cubes- I used chicken bouillon
1 Tbs oil
salt and pepper
1. Place the pork in a pot with the onion, garlic, cumin and bouillon cubes. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to very low.
2. Continue to cook very gently for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
3.Remove from heat and let the pork cool in the liquid
4. Remove the pork from the liquid with a slotted spoon and place in a pan. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and some pepper. Set aside 1 1/4 cups of the liquid for later.
5. Brown the pork with the oil for about 10 minutes. Add the reserved liquid. Cover and simmer the meat, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
Serve in warm corn tortillas with whatever toppings you prefer. Enjoy!
